ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of a team member primarily involves being a friendly face for our bar, lounge and restaurant. Guests are looking for someone with a big smile and can be a local expert as they talk about the walks and experiences they wish to undertake whilst enjoying a snack or a drink prepared by you. We want you promoting our restaurant and lounge service on a daily basis and will suit applicants who can demonstrate the highest standards of attention to detail, quality and productivity whilst working in an outdoor environment. You may have some barista skills but we will ensure training is provided to all staff to ensure you are comfortable in your workplace.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO QUALIFY
- Be fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks, you'll be on your feet all day
- Be able to work in a team environment and support your fellow members
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity and have a strong work ethic
- Compliant - as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you'll be above the minimum age required and fluent in english.
- Be willing to work in a remote location
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work 5 days per week
- Be eligible for work in Australia
